EM Series Full-electric Injection Molding Machine

The SOUND EM Series Full-electric Injection Molding Machine is designed for stable, precise and clean production. Covering models from UN100EM to UN350EM, the series offers clamping forces from 1000 kN to 3500 kN and multiple injection unit configurations to meet different molding requirements.

The EM Series features Type B screw injection pressure up to 2200 bar, with injection pressure increased by 25%–30%. Mold adjustment precision reaches 0.1 mm, helping improve processing accuracy and production consistency. The large space between tie bars enables wider mold compatibility, while the high-rigidity machine structure supports stable mass production and consistent product quality.

With micrometer-level precision control, the EM Series is suitable for manufacturers that require precise, stable and clean molding performance. Its modular design helps reduce operating costs by more than 40%. The mechanical zero-positioning design and precise servo motor control allow quick startup after power-on.
